Udaariyaan and the start on television
Isha Malviya made her acting debut in 2021 with Udaariyaan, playing Jasmine, IANS reported. It was on that set that she met Abhishek Kumar, and their romance off camera began there and later became one of the most discussed parts of her career.
She has said the trolling started early. “I’m used to this trolling since Udaariyaan,” she told ETimes TV in January 2024, adding that her parents were not used to it the way she was. In the same interview she said she would continue her relationship with Samarth. She expected to need time with her family to explain it, since they had learned about it from the show. She also named Ankita Lokhande as the contestant she wanted to win, saying Ankita had looked after her “like a younger sister”.
She also rejected online claims that she and fellow contestant Ayesha Khan had insulted someone’s family while imitating an influencer’s child character. She said she did not remember any conversation in which they insulted anyone’s family, and that negative comments did not change how she saw herself.
What happened between Isha and Abhishek after Bigg Boss
The two were back on screen together in August 2025, entering Pati Patni Aur Panga as a surprise pair. “Life has a strange way of bringing people back into each other’s orbit,” Isha said at the time, according to the Times of India. Abhishek called their history “a journey full of highs, lows and conflict”.
Later that season a promo showed both of them in tears while talking about the breakup. “I wish I hadn’t made that mistake,” Abhishek said, the Times of India reported in October 2025. Isha said the matter had “gone out of hand” and added, “I am so sorry.” Neither has said the relationship is back on.

Tum Mere Ho, her Bollywood debut
Tum Mere Ho is a romantic drama directed by Ashish Panda and written by Niranjan Iyengar and Purva Naresh. It is also Gurmeet Choudhary’s first film as a producer: his home banner DebGuru Films made it with Reva Creative House, with Aarti S and Debina Bonnerjee as producers and Anushkaa Luhar and Shaan Grover in the main cast, Bollywood Hungama reported.
The soundtrack draws on a long list of names, including Mithoon, Vishal Mishra, Asees Kaur and Javed Ali. The film reached cinemas on 23 October 2026, a little over five years after her first television role.
