Introduction
“Vidaamuyarchi” is an Indian Tamil-language Thriller Action film which is based on an American Crime Thriller film named “Breakdown”, which was released in the year 1997 and was co-written & directed by Jonathan Mostow. Here this film “Vidaamuyarchi” is directed by Magizh Thirumeni who is a renowned Indian Film Director, Screenwriter, Dubbing Artist and an Actor who predominantly works in famous Tamil Film Industry.
Famous Tamil actor Ajith Kumar plays the lead character named ‘Arjun’ who seeks to find his missing wife, Kayal Arjun, who was captured by a notorious group in Azerbaijan. Here in this film, Ajith Kumar is casted along side Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, Arav and Ramya Subramanian.

This film was initially scheduled for a grand release in the theatres in the month of January 2025, during the auspicious Pongal season; but was delayed due to some unavoidable circumstances. “Vidaamuyarchi” is now all set to be released in the theatres across India on February 6th, 2025. The film which is originally in Tamil language is also being dubbed in Hindi.
